About the Book
In this book, a humble attempt is made to explain both the Hindu law as well as Islamic law of succession in every systematic and lucid manner. The book has been divided into different chapters to cover the customary rules of coparcenary under both Mitakshara as well as Dayabhaga School, the concept of partition, stridhan and women’s estate. The provisions under Hindu Succession Act, 1956 has been dealt in very simple terms with the judicial decisions.
